Same-day applications may also be handled by an authorised person assisting Ms Eloise Ryder with verification and availability.

A booking is confirmed only when you have received confirmation from an authorised representative of Ms Eloise Ryder and any required booking conditions, including any required deposit, have been satisfied.

Verification

Verification may be required before an application can be accepted.

Lateness and Appointment Duration

You should arrive at the time agreed for your appointment.

Where an appointment begins late because of circumstances attributable to you, it may not always be possible to extend the scheduled finishing time.
